About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to join our team at Woolworths Group. As a key member of our national team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of facilities maintenance services across our stores, ensuring a consistently high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach, develop, and lead a diverse team of technicians, facilities management professionals, and operational team leaders.
  • Manage end-to-end financial accountability for facilities and maintenance services in designated stores.
  • Develop and implement facilities and maintenance strategies to drive proactive, responsive, and efficient services.
  • Ensure a safe working environment for all employees and visitors by implementing and evaluating safe work practices.
  • Conduct routine health checks to ensure compliance, safety, and operational expectations are met.
  • Support the store setup and in-store delivery of the Proactive Services program.
Requirements
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, preferably with commercial or supermarket experience.
  • Strong leadership experience across diverse teams in multi-site locations.
  • Previous stakeholder management experience and ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
  • Experience or knowledge of essential services, refrigeration, air conditioning, or electrical systems is highly regarded.
