Food Studies Teacher

We are seeking a part-time Food Studies teacher to join our team for Terms 1 and 2, 2026. The successful applicant will be teaching Food Studies from Years 8-12, including Year 8, a Year 8 & 9 Elective and VCE Units 1-4.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and passionate Food Studies teacher to make a positive impact on the lives of our students. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to planning and delivering high-quality, contemporary lessons aligned with our pedagogy.

Responsibilities:

The successful applicant will be responsible for teaching Food Studies across Years 8-12, including Year 8, a Year 8 & 9 Elective and VCE Units 1-4. You will also be contributing to planning and delivering high-quality, contemporary lessons aligned with our pedagogy.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have relevant tertiary qualifications, previous experience teaching Secondary School Food Technology / Studies in a school setting and current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching. You must also have full working rights in Australia.
