Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Tax Service Professional to support our Securities Services business. As a key member of the Fund Services team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering tax services and reporting to internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver a full range of tax services and reporting to internal and external clients, including review of supplementary tax reporting.
  • Liaise with clients on their tax reporting requirements and tax queries.
  • Build and maintain internal and external client relationships, acting as a subject matter expert for tax-related queries.
  • Provide support on specific projects relating to clients, process improvements and product development.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with tax reporting and processes.
  • Share knowledge and actively develop self and others in the team.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Accounting/Finance/Law)
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Achievement oriented, strong attention to detail and focus on continuous process improvement
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in partnership with stakeholders
  • Ability to work autonomously and high degree of accountability for own work
