In this role, as a Delivery Services Officer, you will focus on customer service, delivering products within designated areas, using your previous experience and living in the metropolitan area.

The role suits those who:

  • Complete multi-drop deliveries
  • Load vehicles
  • Plan routes
  • Provide customer service, including answering enquiries
  • Securely deliver items within specified timeframes
  • Have knowledge of the Perth Metro area
  • Follow procedures associated with vehicle locking and inspection
  • Adhere to stringent security requirements
  • Use computers to record deliveries

Your Key Qualities and Qualifications:

- Prior experience with multi-drop deliveries is essential

- Hold a current C-Class licence and can drive a manual vehicle

- Proven experience with route planning

- Experience with face-to-face customer service

- Clear communication skills

- Accurate recording of information, including experience using handheld technology

- Demonstrate a 'Can Do' attitude

- Willingness to undergo a Security Clearance as part of the recruitment process

- Ability to provide a recent Driving Record
