Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Delivery and Installation Professional to join our team in Perth. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and installing appliances across the Perth metropolitan area.

About the Role

  • Delivering and installing appliances from Monday to Friday, 06:30am - 03:00pm
  • Receiving and loading orders onto the delivery truck and unloading of goods
  • Accurate completion of associated paperwork, providing basic product overviews, and training to customers

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services offered by the company
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their orders and deliveries
  • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment by adhering to all safety procedures and protocols

Requirements

  • A clean driver's license and a valid MR License would be an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of the transport industry and good geographical knowledge of Perth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech savvy and physically fit to be able to lift and move appliances
  • A Forklift license would also be an advantage, but is not a necessity
