About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume a pivotal role within our enterprise business systems group. As a key figure, you will provide critical support to project managers and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the technical delivery of HR project activities, ensuring seamless integration with corporate business systems.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for innovative solutions that meet new business requirements and enhance existing processes through collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Offer assistance and high-level guidance to project managers and teams as needed.
  • Conduct thorough investigations and evaluations of solutions required for clients, guaranteeing the highest standards of quality.
  • Maintain the integrity of SAP systems, adhering strictly to change, release, and transport management processes.
  • Identify gaps in current processes and recommend improvements, taking the lead on implementation where delegated.
  • Provide counsel and advice to senior management as necessary.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated expertise in leading HR project activities within large, complex organizations.
  • Proven functional skill expertise within SAP, encompassing Cross Application Timesheets (CATs), Payroll Control Centre, and Fiori Applications.
  • Able to facilitate process improvement and requirements gathering within large and complex environments.
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal skills, fostering productive working relationships and facilitating cooperation among team members.
  • Sound analytical skills within SAP Solutions, with the ability to implement solutions and developments as required.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders, communication with influence, and liaison with senior management.
