We are seeking a skilled professional to support our client in their technology operations. In this role, you will provide critical support across IT infrastructure and systems administration, ensuring the security, reliability, and performance of products.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide Level 1–3 support for systems.
- Manage incident response and change requests across hardware and software.
- Monitor and maintain infrastructure performance, security posture, and compliance.
- Automate system administration tasks via scripting, orchestration tools, and infrastructure as code.
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline product delivery.
- Plan and execute infrastructure maintenance, patching, and updates.
- Ensure infrastructure security through compliance with ICT and cyber security frameworks.
- Tertiary qualifications (or equivalent experience) in IT, Software Engineering, or related discipline
- Experience in IT administration across physical and virtual networks
- Hands-on experience in cross-functional IT/project teams
- Familiarity with ADF systems and networks
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Ansible, containerisation, and virtualisation technologies
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code practices
- Experience in Agile or DevOps environments
- Prior Government ICT experience
- Play a pivotal role in client's operations
- Work on mission-critical ICT systems with national security impact
- Be part of a collaborative, high-performance team
