A Funeral Arranger Conductor plays a vital role in supporting families during their most vulnerable moments.
At our organization, we operate over 300 locations, 17 cemeteries, and 29 crematoria across Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore. As a Funeral Arranger Conductor, your working career could be a deeply rewarding experience, serving families in your local community to arrange and prepare all aspects of the funeral service for their loved one.

Duties of a Funeral Arranger Conductor include:
- Plan, coordinate, and implement all aspects of the funeral service for a family and inform them of the various options available to honor their loved one.
- Work closely with the family from first contact to guide them through what is required and respond to their requests with service options and solutions
- Implement the funeral plan on the day, direct the team, and provide support and guidance for the family
About You:
- You possess a strong customer service ethos and pride yourself on service delivery, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction.
- Professional attitude with an empathetic and compassionate approach towards people
- Be at ease working with grieving families and the deceased
- Excellent communication and high attention to detail
- Possess a full unrestricted driver's license
