Job Title: P-8 Leading Teacher
About the RoleNorthern Bay College is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated P-8 Leading Teacher to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation of school priorities, as well as teaching literacy and numeracy skills across the curriculum.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in curriculum design and implementation, as well as experience in leading professional learning communities. You will also have a proven track record of improving student outcomes and promoting a culture of excellence within the college.

Selection CriteriaSC1 Demonstrated expert knowledge of the relevant curriculum and ability to lead and manage the implementation of school priorities, and the teaching of literacy and numeracy skills across the curriculum.
SC2 Demonstrated ability to lead the planning and implementation of high impact teaching strategies that respond to student learning needs, and ability to support teachers to evaluate the impact of learning and teaching programs on student learning growth.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be expected to demonstrate these qualities and contribute to the ongoing development of our college.
