We seek a seasoned tax professional to join our dynamic team as a Private Equity Tax Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will apply your advanced technical knowledge to develop customized tax solutions for private equity funds and clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead tax advisory services for private equity clients, ensuring compliance with regulations and maximizing tax efficiency.
- Oversee the preparation and filing of partnership and fund tax returns, including multi-state filings and specialized tax considerations.
- Work closely with clients to develop and implement tax-efficient strategies that align with investment goals and long-term financial objectives.
- 5+ years of experience in private equity taxation, preferably within a public accounting firm.
- CPA or JD required; strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities are essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
- A competitive salary range of $85,000-$210,000.

Preferred locations include Cleveland, Akron, OH; Pittsburgh, PA; Chicago, IL; Detroit or St. Clair Shores, MI. We offer a hybrid work environment, but are open to remote candidates.
