This seasoned tax professional will lead a growing national tax practice, with experience in structuring mergers, acquisitions and minority investment transactions.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 8 years' experience in partnership and corporate tax, including drafting operating agreements and limited partnership agreements.

  • Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school
  • Minimum 5+ years' tax law experience (private practice preferred)
  • LL.M. in Taxation preferred
  • Active bar license in any state

The Corporate, Tax & Transactions service line offers opportunities for remote work and the ideal candidate can be based in one of several locations across the US.
