The Opportunity

VillageOSHC is seeking an experienced OSHC Service Coordinator to lead our Before School Care and After School Care programs at Grovedale Primary School in Grovedale. As part of our dynamic team, you will have the chance to make a positive impact on children's lives by creating a safe and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Plan and deliver quality activities for children that promote educational value and stimulate their interests.
  • Supervise and ensure child safety, including mandatory reporting as required.
  • Prepare and serve healthy food options that cater to diverse dietary needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, families, school leaders, and the local community.

Requirements:
  • Certificate IV, Diploma or Bachelor's degree in children's services or equivalent.
  • Current Employee Working with Children's Checks.
  • First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Training.
  • Child Protection Training Certificate.
