Position Overview

We are currently seeking applications for the role of Administration Officer within the Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network (RMCLHN). This position is essential in delivering a variety of clerical and client support services across our Medical Practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage all incoming phone communications and patient scheduling.
  • Oversee document scanning and file management to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Coordinate courier services and assist in the overall administrative operations.
  • Collaborate effectively with Medical Practice staff and healthcare professionals, maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
