**The Role**
We are seeking an experienced QP Audiologist to join our vibrant team on a full-time basis. As an Audiology Specialist, you will be conducting adult hearing services for both private and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) clients. This includes performing diagnostic hearing assessments and, where appropriate, developing and implementing individualized rehabilitation programs, including discussion of communication tactics and strategies, prescription, fitting, and evaluation of hearing devices to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Conduct diagnostic hearing assessments for adult clients
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation programs
• Discuss communication tactics and strategies with clients
• Prescribe, fit, and evaluate hearing devices
• Work with clients to improve their hearing and communication skills
**Requirements**
• Minimum of two years' experience in Audiology
• Passion for career development, learning, and training
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Tertiary qualification in Audiology or Audiometry
• Full membership of an approved Audiological Association (preferred)
• OHS Qualified Practitioner number
• Relevant experience in adult hearing rehabilitation, including fitting of hearing devices and other Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs)
