We are currently seeking skilled production manufacturing operatives for hardware assembly positions commencing as soon as possible. These opportunities will be on a temporary to permanent basis, with multiple positions available.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Utilize hand and power tools efficiently
- Assemble various hardware products including awnings, shutters, and blinds
- Interpret and follow assembly diagrams and instructions accurately
- Measure and cut fabrics precisely
- Operate basic machinery safely and effectively
- Conduct quality checks and ensure the proper packaging of final products

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is highly desirable
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and diagrams clearly
- Must be physically fit and able to perform repetitive manual handling tasks
- Own transport preferred, or reliable transportation to Rydalmere for early morning starts

**Benefits:**

- Competitive hourly rate: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour
- Full-time and casual employment opportunities available
- Overtime pay offered for extended working hours

**Working Conditions:**

- 38-40 hour work week
- 8-hour shifts with morning start times
- Regular breaks and time off between shifts

**Experience and Qualifications:**

- Assembly or manufacturing experience preferred (1 year+)
- Work authorization in Australia highly desired
