**Customer Support Specialist**: Provide world-class implementation and support experiences for teams, athletes and fans.
We are looking for a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with our users in APAC and the United States, answering any questions they might have via phone, email, chat—even on social media.
This is an exciting opportunity to deliver game-changing support to our customers. You will be responsible for resolving issues with varying degrees of technical complexity, providing solutions with a clear approach and a human touch.
To succeed in this role, you should be a problem solver, a people person, and a confident communicator. You must also be flexible and able to show composure and resilience in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

- Collaborate with product teams to surface customer insights
Requirements:
