Job Title: Facilities Management Specialist

Delivering excellence in facilities management is crucial to ensuring seamless operations at our industrial site. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance on facilities-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate health and safety, security, fire safety, essential services, and environmental risks.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations by maintaining a thorough register of statutory requirements.
  • Design and implement disaster recovery and business continuity planning initiatives across the portfolio.
  • Establish clear incident escalation procedures and ensure they are adhered to.
  • Conduct regular building inspections and submit comprehensive reports within established timeframes.
  • Strategically manage vendor relationships and coordinate facilities-related work.
  • Monitor Help Desk performance against agreed KPIs and service level targets.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and service improvement strategies to enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Equivalent professional experience in a comparable role.
  • 5-10 years of professional experience within corporate real estate or industrial facilities management sectors.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in interpreting numerical data and translating findings into concise reports.
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory due to site visitation requirements.
