Industrial Construction Manager

Manage the delivery of high-value industrial projects in Melbourne's west.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure end-to-end project delivery from inception through commissioning.
- Plan and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, consultants, and contractors.
- Oversee scheduling, cost control, procurement, quality assurance, and risk mitigation.
- Guarantee compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
- Serve as primary contact for key stakeholders.
- Regularly report on project progress, budget performance, and milestone achievements.
- Proven experience managing industrial or commercial construction projects in Victoria.
- Strong budget and time management capabilities, ideally on projects in the $10-25 million range.
- Proficiency in project controls, contract administration, and quality frameworks.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills across internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of Victorian building regulations and HSE requirements.
- Tertiary qualifications in construction management, engineering, or equivalent.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team focused on excellence and innovative execution.
