Job Title: Visual Merchandise CoordinatorAbout the Role:

The Visual Merchandise Coordinator plays a critical role in executing visual merchandising plans that align with brand standards and creative direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with store managers to develop and implement floor moves that maximise sales opportunities while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Evaluate and balance commercial and visual needs to ensure effective merchandising decisions.
  • Support store teams through training and development initiatives related to visual merchandising.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and provide training on VM standards where necessary.
  • Style mannequins and displays to reflect VM direction at all times.
  • Maintain a focus on profit-driven merchandising decisions that drive business results.
  • Demonstrate ability to work effectively within a team and autonomously as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in comparable VM roles, including In-store and apparel divisions.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Ability to analyse the business and take appropriate action.
  • Ability to build relationships easily with stakeholders across the business.
  • Experience in the retail industry, with an acute sense of personal style and presentation.
  • Hold a current driver's license and be able to travel between stores as required.
