Visual Merchandising Manager

Elevate the customer journey by leading the national roll-out of seasonal campaigns and in-store activations.

This role owns visual execution and sensory experience across our store network – ensuring every window, display and campaign feels premium, on-brand and irresistible.

  • Developing visual merchandise directives tailored to each brand's identity and global positioning
  • Driving visual excellence across windows, floor layouts, POS and storytelling tools
  • Owning sensory experience (scent, music, lighting) to create immersive brand spaces
  • Partnering with field visual merchandise and store teams to drive compliance and high visual standards

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Experience in visual merchandise, retail marketing or in-store brand experience within fashion/footwear
  • Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Creativity, curiosity and a passion for brand storytelling and consumer experience
