International Operations Manager

About the Role- The International Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our global team.
- Key responsibilities include ensuring smooth API implementations, supporting sales teams and clients, managing client implementation throughout their lifecycle and collaborating with operations and security to maintain high standards.
- Manage client onboarding and integration processes to ensure optimal results.
- Support sales teams and clients in pre and post sales activities.
- Collaborate with operations and security teams to maintain high standards.
- Gather requirements for enhancements and ensure clients are using the latest functionality.
- Minimum two years experience in a technical role.
- Working knowledge of APIs, test cases, use cases and reporting.
- Experience of working on projects, problem solving and time management.
- Proficiency in SOAP XML / JSON, Postman and Jira.
