Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified facilitator to support our team in delivering meaningful activities to our residents. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in aged care and a passion for creating engaging programs that cater to individual needs.

Our team is responsible for developing and implementing lifestyle programs that enhance the well-being of our residents. As a facilitator, you will play a crucial role in identifying resident's individual needs and preferences related to lifestyle activities.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent) with experience in lifestyle programs. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify resident's individual needs and preferences related to lifestyle activities.
  • Implement and evaluate individual and group activities, ensuring resident outcomes and program reviews are conducted regularly.
  • Develop and implement a monthly activity program in collaboration with the Facility Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent) with experience in lifestyle programs.
  • Current First Aid certificate.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with Aged Care experience highly beneficial.
  • Queensland Provisional Green or above Driver License.
