Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Export Administration Specialist to join our team in Canberra.

 

Main Responsibilities
  • Process export permits and issue certification for human substances and medical devices.
  • Issue Export Certificate of Pharmaceutical Product (CPP) for medicines according to the World Health Organization (WHO) Certification Scheme.
  • Provide support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders via phone or email, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders to provide support and training as required.

 

Essential Requirements
  • Deep understanding of export-related legislation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and motivate oneself.
