Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate access to advanced U.S. military communications technology under export control regulations
- Engage with industry counterparts to secure export control approvals and ensure compliance across projects
- Prepare export control documentation, including Third Party Retransfers and Technical Assistance Agreements
- Support auditing and record-keeping of export control agreements
- Proven ability to interpret and apply legislation within project environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience managing project documentation, including plans, instructions, registers, and records
- Demonstrated initiative and autonomy in delivering outcomes
- Meaningful work contributing to critical defence projects
