Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate nurse to join our team.

About the Role
  • Deliver exceptional clinical nursing care to residents in line with industry best practice standards
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
  • Maintain a safe work environment for yourself, colleagues, and residents by adhering to all policies and procedures
Key Responsibilities
  1. Demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering high-quality patient care to elderly individuals
  2. Hold current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification
  3. Have an in-depth understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Quality Standards
  4. Showcase expertise in AN-ACC assessment processes
  5. Exhibit strong clinical knowledge and understanding of age-related health issues
  6. Employ effective coaching/training skills to enhance staff performance
  7. Utilize excellent conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence
  8. Demonstrate strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  9. Be willing to undergo a Police Check and NDIS clearance process
