Customer Engagement Specialist

This role is responsible for driving customer satisfaction by accelerating sales of Apple's entire product and service ecosystem within the store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customers with in-depth knowledge and value to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Educate and empower store staff to stay up-to-date on the latest Apple products and services, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and build a team of Apple brand ambassadors.
  • Increase sales and provide outstanding customer service while delivering product demonstrations and helping customers set up their new Apple devices.
  • Maintain Apple's visual merchandising elements according to Apple's standards.
