This role is all about being a brand ambassador, taking pride in your knowledge of our products and sharing it with customers. You'll be recommending our newest Food offerings, making sure every customer feels valued when they shop with us.

To succeed in this position, you'll need to be digitally confident, utilizing tools like the Sparks App and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience. This includes adapting to changing demands and working effectively across various store areas.

We're looking for team players who take ownership of creating an inclusive store environment, supporting colleagues, and respecting the local community. Flexibility is key - you should be able to work seamlessly across different areas of the store.

Your key responsibilities will include serving customers efficiently, maintaining a clean and tidy store, monitoring and meeting daily sales targets, and proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs.

The ideal candidate will possess high levels of customer service, a commitment to delivering excellent work with great attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
