The Role
As a Senior Project Director, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of project managers and drive project delivery for our clients in the data centre and technology sectors.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of project managers to deliver a diverse portfolio of projects.
- E nsure compliance with our customer project process.
- Maintain and improve project margins while effectively managing risks.
- Provide regular project reports and financial updates to stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and high performance within your team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Your Background
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience managing a team of project managers in a technical or engineering environment.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage project budgets effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders.
- Background in delivering complex projects, particularly in the data centre or technology sectors.
- Ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve successful outcomes.
- Demonstrated success in building positive working relationships with clients and team members.
- Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel).
- Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
