- Act as a liaison between software users and Subject Matter Experts to gather, analyze, and validate requirements for both existing and new business processes.
- Translate business requirements into system designs that align with organizational objectives, optimizing processes wherever feasible.
- Document and communicate user requirements to the development team effectively.
- Create comprehensive business requirements documents, context diagrams, system specifications, use cases, and workflow diagrams.
- Ensure all necessary artifacts comply with governance processes and support the project scope.
- Facilitate the adoption of standardized patterns and designs that align with application, data, and security architecture strategies.
- Adapt to evolving technology needs to meet the technical and business requirements of the organization.
- Utilize the Secure Software Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) in all project activities.
- Assist in estimating timeframes for technical documentation and execution tasks.
- Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring traceability and coverage between requirements and corresponding test cases.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
- CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in business analysis, eliciting and analyzing stakeholder needs, and translating them into functional and non-functional requirements.
- 7 years of experience in creating and maintaining software development artifacts for effective communication of requirements.
- 7 years of experience in facilitating requirement workshops and ensuring effective communication of requirements.
- 6 years of experience in creating test plans and managing defects with development teams.
- 6 years of experience in managing requirements throughout the Requirements Management Lifecycle.
- 3 years of experience in healthcare and billing applications.
