Job Title: CRM Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Solution Architect to join our team at Ignite Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions that meet the needs of our clients
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and its applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM technologies and best practices

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a solutions architect using Microsoft products and platforms, especially Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Demonstrated experience applying cyber security principles to architectures and fostering cyber security maturity in an organisation
  • Working knowledge of first party Dynamics 365 applications and what is available Out-of-the-Box
  • Working knowledge of Customer Service and Marketing modules (Outbound and Real Time Marketing)
  • Experience integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other software
  • Experience with building and hosting bespoke web applications and databases
  • Sound experience with the following technologies: Microsoft.NET Core, Microsoft DevOps, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Microsoft Power Platform, Single Page Applications (SPA), Azure AD B2C and Open ID Connect, RESTful APIs and Web Services, Customer personalisation and analytics
