About the Role

Softtest pays pty ltd is seeking a highly skilled CRM Data Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust CRM solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain CRM solutions using Power Platform, Power BI, and Microsoft Azure.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with broader Office initiatives and enterprise standards.
  3. Design and implement data governance strategies to ensure data security and privacy.
  4. Develop and review technical artefacts, including solution architecture documents and security accreditation documentation.
  5. Integrate cloud products with Power Platform, working closely with Cyber Security and Legal teams.
Requirements
  • More than 5 years of experience as an Architect specialising in CRMs, Power BI, Power Platform, and Microsoft Azure.
  • Ability to represent the work area and the Office in meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, analytical skills, and passion for technology and continuous improvement.
