**Job Opportunity for Experienced IT Professionals**

We are seeking highly skilled individuals to fill contract and ongoing employment positions within our organization. Successful candidates will be employed to provide technical support services to the Department of Education through the Technical Support to Schools Program.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing IT infrastructure, administering school network and server infrastructure, and providing ICT support services to staff and students in large ICT-based learning environments.

The role requires the ability to manage and service Windows and Apple devices on an enterprise scale, administer Hyper-V virtualized server environments, and administration of various Windows and Linux based servers.

A strong background in cloud-based service management and administration, mobile device management, and high level enterprise network administration skills are essential. The candidate should also possess excellent language and communication skills, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and fault find through a systematic process of observation and elimination.
