We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Quality Assurance Professional to join our team in the field of Oral Health.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level support and advice to our leadership team on all facets of quality and patient safety. This will involve fostering an organisational culture that prioritises quality, risk management, and reduction in patient harm.

The position will also play a lead role in accreditation activities against national standards and benchmarks, working closely with our Oral Health Director, Executive, and clinicians.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to improving the care provided to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level support and advice to leadership team on quality and patient safety
  • Foster an organisational culture that prioritises quality, risk management, and patient safety
  • Lead accreditation activities against national standards and benchmarks
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated understanding and ability to apply principles of patient safety, human factors, and quality in a clinical setting
  • Experience in planning, implementing, and managing quality systems, projects, and programs
  • Ability to rapidly acquire technical knowledge and skills in patient safety and clinical quality tools
