We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Oral Health Clinical Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership at the Canterbury Community Oral Health Clinic, working in a full-time permanent role.
Job DescriptionThe Oral Health Clinical Lead will provide high quality patient-centred care, promoting evidence-based practice and holistic care approaches. They will also provide clinical oversight of the entire oral health clinical team, supporting teamwork and mentorship opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the oral health clinical team
- Develop and implement evidence-based clinical practices and policies
- Contribute to the development of strategic plans and service delivery models
- Mentor and support the professional development of team members
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
- Dental qualifications suitable for registration as a dentist with AHPRA
- A minimum of five years clinical experience, with excellent skills in general dentistry and sound evidence-based dental practice
- Leadership skills that support teamwork and collaboration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
