Complex Task Manager Role Summary

This role offers a challenging opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our Air Combat and Electronic Attack Program.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex tasks across a matrixed organisation, building strong relationships with diverse teams and demonstrating leadership in a fast-paced environment.

  • Leadership and management of all assigned tasks within the Operations Team.
  • Accountability for ensuring task goals are achieved, customer expectations are met or exceeded, and maintaining and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for planning, control, and reporting of tasks, coordination of task deliverables, and providing key communication and stakeholder engagement.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships across various Defence Contractors. Key qualifications include a tertiary or trade qualification relevant to aircraft maintenance, a minimum of 5 years' experience in a Defence Aviation maintenance environment, and a proven understanding of the defence environment. Additionally, you must be able to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence security clearance and meet the requirements of Raytheon Certified PM Ready or Leading at Level 5 in Acquisition and Sustainment.
