Senior Manager - Anti-Money Laundering Specialist

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to play a leadership role in the continued growth of our financial crime practice, delivering exceptional client outcomes, and managing and developing our team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of high-profile financial crime engagements with clients across various industries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Coach and develop a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and technologies, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in financial crime roles, preferably in a consulting environment or professional services firm.
  • Deep technical expertise in AML/CTF legislation and reforms, with a strong understanding of key areas such as know your customer (KYC), transaction monitoring (TM), ongoing customer due diligence (OCDD), and enhanced customer due diligence (ECDD).
  • Experience in delivering independent reviews and money laundering and terrorism financing (ML/TF) risk assessments.
  • Strong leadership and talent management skills, with the ability to coach and develop a team.
