- Emerging Technologies: Identify and implement emerging technologies, such as GenAI, to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.
- IT Systems and Infrastructure: Oversee the management of IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring they are robust, secure, and compliant with regulatory standards.
- Team Development: Develop and lead a high-performing team that is passionate about delivering exceptional results and driving business growth.
- Culture and Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration, encouraging team members to think creatively and challenge the status quo.
- Strategic Guidance: Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to the senior leadership team on IT investments and opportunities.
- Cyber Security and Data Protection: Ensure the company's cyber security and data protection measures are robust and effective, safeguarding digital assets and sensitive information.
- Change Management: Lead effective change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Data Transformation: Improve the data platform and data management/governance, driving business value and insights.
- Technology Innovation: Develop and implement innovative technology solutions, leveraging cloud and infrastructure technologies to drive business growth.
- Cyber Security: Enhance the company's cyber resilience, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and protecting against emerging threats.
- Experience: Proven experience in investments, wealth/fund management, and technology, data, and cyber security.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership experience at Head of or General Manager level, with a track record of driving business growth and innovation.
- Regulatory Experience: Experience working with regulators, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
- Culture Fit: A strong fit with 10ZIG TECHNOLOGY, INC.'s culture, values, and mission.
