Commercial Project Coordinator

About the Job:
  • Support the success of numerous projects by providing administrative assistance and coordinating commercial activities.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of progress claims and cash flows to clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Contribute to the development of commercial strategies and drive commercial outcomes.
About You:
  • You will have previous experience in a commercial or administrative role.
  • A sound understanding of project administration and control.
  • Analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Positive negotiation, conflict resolution, and influencing skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
