As an Electrical Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems in our facility. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical theory and practice, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.

The role involves working at heights, using a variety of hand tools and power equipment, and performing tasks that require physical stamina and endurance.

To perform this job successfully, you will need to have:

  • A mechanical aptitude
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and comfort with working with computers
  • Good English written and verbal communication skills
  • Physical fitness
  • Comfortable working at heights
  • Highly motivated with a keen interest in furthering your own abilities and studies
  • Honest, reliable and proactive with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
  • Team player with a passion for safety culture
  • Australian citizenship or PR

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing preventative and corrective maintenance on both electrical and mechanical systems
  • Tackling electrical and mechanical fault finding on equipment like storage and retrieval cranes, conveyor belts, robotic arms and AGV forklifts
  • Ensuring maximum system availability for our customers, from general flow control tasks to working with onsite automation specialists
  • Working towards increasing equipment reliability by constantly improving processes
  • Thriving in an environment that prioritizes safety above all else
