Customer Support Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to work with us and make a real difference in the lives of others.

About the Job

The primary objective of this role is to provide excellent customer service and IT support to all our members and customers. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for engaging with our members and customers to provide high-quality virtual and onsite ICT support across the region while meeting overall Service Level Agreement targets.
