Job Overview

As a key team member, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. This involves ensuring the store is clean and tidy, with all areas well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out cleaning tasks across various departments and throughout the store using appropriate equipment and products.
  • Ensure floors are properly cleaned and maintained throughout the shop, including team rooms, toilets and offices.
  • Collect trolleys from in-store and external locations, regardless of weather conditions.
  • Work independently, both indoors and outdoors, to achieve set objectives.
Requirements
  • A commitment to delivering excellent customer service with enthusiasm, energy and pace.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • The ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
  • Capacity to work autonomously and follow instructions effectively.
  • Physical fitness and energy levels are essential, with the ability to lift up to 17kg.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days per week.
  • Ability to commute outside of public transport hours.
