As the Cost Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of these projects, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare payment claims in accordance with contract requirements and reported cash flow.
- Forecast weekly cash inflows and outflows, collaborating with Project Managers to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor project budget expenditure, identifying potential areas for cost savings.
- Utilize budget models to forecast Point of Completion (POC) and raise uncertainties as needed.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project reports and analysis.
- Conduct costs-to-complete forecasting and update billing plans accordingly.
- Manage administrative tasks, including Purchase Requisitions and Network Activity structures.
- Follow up on Non-Conformance Reports and Journal Recoveries.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or related fields.
- Strong finance background, with expertise in reporting and reconciliation.
- Experience in complex project environments, with advanced MS Office skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, adhering to project timelines and maintaining high work ethics.
- Structured approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills.
