Main Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care that enriches our residents' daily life
  • Support residents' choices and autonomy
  • Deliver individualised care that meets best practice guidelines
What We Are Looking For
  • A genuine passion for caring for others
  • A recognised qualification - Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Nursing, or related health/care studies
  • Prior experience as a carer in aged care is highly valued. If you are new to aged care, training will be provided
