We are seeking a skilled Printer Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with printers, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be highly motivated and self-motivated.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair and configure printers through on-the-road servicing or at customer sites within the Melbourne Metro area.
  • Provide high-level customer service and technical support to existing customers and incidents.
  • Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Deliver quality work for scheduled pre- and post-sales support to customers.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience working with printers.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and self-disciplined.
  • Good time management and analytical skills.

Only Australian citizens or permanent residents will be considered. The schedule is Monday to Friday, no weekends. An Australian Driver's Licence is required.
