At Konica Minolta, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our South East Print Production team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with high-volume production printers, digital presses, or similar equipment.

The successful candidate will provide outstanding service and support to our valuable customer base, ensuring customer satisfaction through on-site Corrective and Preventative maintenance on customer equipment. This role works within a team of dedicated technicians and reports directly to the Service Delivery Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment as needed
  • Identifying and troubleshooting technical issues with customer equipment
  • Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on equipment usage and maintenance best practices

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Technical field service experience, ideally with production printers, digital presses, or high-volume print systems
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and software troubleshooting skills
  • A solid understanding of network connectivity, print servers, and production print environments
