Customer Experience Specialist - Christmas Casual Opportunity



- Location: Ocean Keys Store
- Schedule: Rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, and late-night shifts


About the Role:


We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Experience Specialists. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our customers.


With your passion for beauty, skincare, and wellbeing, you will make every customer feel special. Whether it's helping them find the perfect makeup shade, discovering a new fragrance, or guiding them to their favorite products, you will create a personalised experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional, tailored service to our customers\
  • Helping customers find their favourite products and offering recommendations, including new and exciting items\
  • Processing customer orders at the register with care and ensuring a smooth checkout experience\
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with new products and services\
  • Working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service\
  • Providing feedback and suggestions on how to improve customer service and overall store experience\\/ul>

- Retail experience with a love for delivering amazing customer service


- A genuine passion for cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, and all things beauty


- Fantastic communication skills to build real connections with customers


- A creative flair for merchandising


- A team player who knows that together, we shine brighter


- Experience with inventory or registers is also highly valued
