Job Title: Store Leader

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our retail team. As a Store Leader, you will be responsible for driving centre performance while upholding company values.

The Role:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to support customers in making informed storage decisions
  • Work towards achieving monthly sales and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Coach and lead a team of retail professionals
  • Drive operational excellence with a focus on centre presentation and maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate matters to senior management when necessary
  • Prepare regular reports summarising centre performance and make recommendations for improvement
  • Manage administrative tasks such as rosters, leave requests, timesheets, customer contracts and inventory management

About You:

  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to work towards sales targets and KPIs
  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues and senior management while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Be motivated, proactive and positive with a willingness to learn and grow with the business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle may be required to assist other nearby centres
