Overview

Our successful and driven Retail Property Management team are all about supporting one another and making a real difference to our clients through the delivery of exceptional service.

In this key role, you will manage a portfolio of retail assets located across the Perth metropolitan area. With a dedicated Assistant Centre Manager you will also be supported by our Facilities Management, Retail Marketing and Trust Accounts teams, enabling you to effectively partner with our clients to ensure their retail assets are effectively managed and their values are maximised.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of retail assets located across the Perth metropolitan area.
  • Partner with clients with support from Facilities Management, Retail Marketing and Trust Accounts teams to maximise asset value.
About You
  • A licenced, experienced and professional Centre Manager
  • Good financial acumen
  • Advanced Microsoft experience, eye for detail and ability to communicate effectively
  • Experience with MRI is highly regarded
  • Great sense of humour
