About the Opportunity
We are recruiting a Production Quality Assurance Specialist for an exciting WA Pilbara Marine project.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring compliance and providing support for project completion.

About the Role
- Identify non-compliances and initiate corrective actions as required.
- Determine supplier/subcontractor quality requirements and include them in subcontract documents.
- Develop and maintain the Project Audit Schedule in consultation with the Group Quality and Audit Managers.
- Establish controls for inspection and testing of construction works, materials, and equipment onsite and offsite.
- Identify project hold and witness points and incorporate them into applicable ITPs.
- Provide suitably qualified personnel to meet the inspection and test requirements nominated on the ITP.
- Monitor the use of ITPs, verification checklists, and CEPs at regular intervals.
- Evaluate the inspection and test results.
- Maintain the project non-conformance system.
- Ensure the site CMI Index is submitted for approval and the CMI is compiled progressively.
- Compile redline mark-ups progressively during the construction phase of the works.
- Promote quality awareness with project personnel to successfully achieve the quality objectives of the project.
- Perform any other duties as may be required by the Company.
About You
- You must have operational experience applying quality management principles in the construction industry.
- You should possess relevant technical qualifications.
- You should be able to communicate clearly and concisely.
- You should be resourceful, well-organised, highly dependable, efficient, and detail-oriented.
- You should be a competent user of in-house software, with working knowledge of wider applications.
