We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Energy team, providing implementation and ongoing improvement strategies across Tier 1 client contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the development and execution of the Monadelphous Quality Management policy, system, and strategies
  • Communicating and contributing towards a positive quality culture, ensuring alignment with company values
  • Reviewing project-specific documentation, including Work packs, work execution methodologies, repair instruction authorities, Manufacture Data Reports (MDRs), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and Non-Conformance Reports
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector Level 2 or approved equivalent
  • A strong understanding of Welding and NDT activities, with experience in the QA/QC field, ideally within the Energy industry
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • A proven track record in building and maintaining effective relationships with clients and on-site Inspectors
  • A demonstrated ability in compiling MDRs within the construction industry
